If you disagree, you should not continue to visit this website or purchase anything from us. All products and services advertised on our website or school platform are offered in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms & Conditions may be changed or modified from time to time. Please check back regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes. On our practitioner page, we provide links to our graduate’s services. We have trained and certified these practitioners to provide our modality to their clients and use our intellectual property within their own unique offerings. We have every faith in their ability to do so ethically and with integrity. However, they are independent businesses and any transaction you enter into is solely their responsibility. We are not a party to the transaction and any relationship you enter with them is at your own risk. If you notice one of our licensees or graduates behaving in a way that could damage the reputation of our School, we would be grateful if you let us know privately and confidentially.

There are several ways you can work with us, all of which can be purchased or booked through our websites or online School platform. The terms and conditions in this document apply to all our services and products unless alternative terms are explicitly provided to you. We offer:

Our intention in offering these services & products is to help you evolve, release suffering and remember the truth of who you are, so you can live a life of joy and freedom. Dr Niikee is trained in several modalities and offers any combination that she deems most suitable for a client. What You Need to Know

Important information about how to care for your own wellbeing and get the most value out of working with us, is set out below. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us before purchasing.

If you choose to work with us, we expect you to fully commit to creating change. This means sharing honestly and openly about what is happening with you and continuing with integration work beyond the sessions to reprogram your unhelpful habitual behaviours. We encourage you to exert your sovereignty and make a commitment to yourself that it is time for change.

This work can very briefly give rise to emotional discomfort; however you are held in highest light so it is not interpreted in a harmful way. This is often required so it can be witnessed and evolved through conscious awareness in order to stop repeating patterns of suffering to change your life for the better. We ask that you hold yourself in the highest regard no matter what comes to the surface, letting go of guilt, shame and judgment. Understand that everybody has faulty programs and unresolved issues in their subconscious.

Gifting yourself the opportunity to release the disharmony so you can hold more light will improve your life. Most importantly, recognise that you are a divine soul having a human experience for the purpose of your evolution. Ascension is an ongoing process.

We will get great results with every session, creating marked improvements in your life. Many layers can exist to unravel, created through various timelines and ancestry. These indicate that you are progressing well and have chosen this path because you are capable of clearing these patterns not only for yourself and your family. You are also making a difference to these same programs within our collective consciousness too.

Following the integration work you have been given after a session will ensure more rapid and permanent outcomes and greater upliftment in how you feel about yourself and others in the world around you.

Please ensure you are in a quiet space where you will not be disturbed during a session and have clean water with you. You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. A session may give rise to heightened emotions, which we will harmonise prior to completion of the session.

The integration work we provide is key, in the initial weeks, for supporting the reprogramming of your energetics back into alignment with your original harmonic and template. Be gentle with yourself for the rest of the day if you can. Allow space rather than rushing into the next thing.

We may ask you to review the recording or other resources to continue the work over the following weeks. It is important that you do your homework – spending even 5 minutes a day to plug into the higher frequencies will make a major difference. You are very welcome to reach out to us over the following week if anything arises that you feel you are not equipped to process. Any information you provide to us is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party at any stage, unless required by law, or if it is deemed that you are at risk of harm to yourself or others.

Disclaimer

We are not Western Medical or Mental Health Professionals, and our work does not treat or diagnose any disease or illness. You always remain fully responsible for your own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. If any concerns arise during our work together, we strongly recommend you get in contact with us or seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Suitability

You will get the most out of working with us if you are open minded and ready to experience the higher possible realities of the New Earth – if you know there is something more available in this life than is currently in your conscious awareness. You might not be a good fit for this work if you don’t believe in magic, are sceptical about anything outside the physical realm, or are convinced you cannot create beneficial change.

Indemnity

If the indemnities below are unenforceable for any reason, our total cumulative liability for all causes of action (other than negligence or deliberate wrongdoing) will not exceed the amount you have paid us.

Accuracy and Integrity

While we strive to ensure that all the material on our websites, the School platform and the products, services, and programs offered through it are accurate and up to date, we acknowledge that errors can occur despite our best intentions. We stand by what is shared as our beliefs, but it may not always align with your own. Please let us know if you notice anything that seems amiss, and we will address it as soon as possible.

Limitation of Liability

We deeply care about your experience and will always strive to support you in any way we can. However, even though we do our best to ensure the utmost integrity in everything we offer and make all reasonable efforts to meet the highest standards of best practice, sometimes things may not go as planned. If something goes wrong you agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be held responsible for any loss or damage related to our websites, School platform, products, or services unless it is directly caused by our negligence, misrepresentation, or deliberate fault.

We offer our wisdom and perspective to aid your self-empowerment and healing, and it is at your sole discretion as to whether our advice be taken onboard. We trust in your judgment and believe in your ability to make informed choices. Consumer Guarantees

We take our obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously and will do our best to address any issues arising from our services. However, even if there is a major problem, our liability is strictly limited to:

● replacing the goods or providing the services again; or

● if we are unable to do so within a reasonable time, refunding the full amount that you have paid us.

We are dedicated to providing you with valuable and meaningful support and stand by our commitment to integrity and care in all our interactions with you. If you feel any problem with our services, please let us know as soon as possible. We are keen to understand what has gone wrong if you are unhappy so that we can address your concerns and find a mutually acceptable solution.

Payment Terms

All prices on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment for sessions is required in advance. Payment plans are offered for your convenience only, so you can spread your payment out over time. You are still committed to paying the whole amount, even if you change your mind about your purchase, as you have had access to our intellectual property. You must ensure you have sufficient funds to make payment instalments on time.

Contact us if there is a problem due to extenuating circumstances. We may make alternative arrangements on compassionate grounds at our sole discretion. We accept payment through Stripe, Wise or by bank deposit. We do not have access to your account details. Refund Policy

We do not offer a refund if you change your mind, so you are encouraged to consider carefully whether an offer is right for you before you pay and you can discuss this with us at any time.

Delivery

Where sessions are held online using Zoom, unless we have made prior arrangements for a face-to-face consult, you are responsible for ensuring that the software is installed and working before our session. The session will be recorded and uploaded to a password-protected OneDrive account, and the link will be shared with you unless you request otherwise.

Recordings are made available to you for your personal recollection only and are not to be shared or made public for any reason. When there are live workshops, retreats or other in-person events, delivery will be clearly defined on the relevant sales page.

Appointment Policies

Please try to give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. For online appointments, you need to be set up in a private, quiet area where you can speak freely and will not be disturbed. A café or public space is not suitable. You will need to focus so please reschedule if you will be driving or supervising young children.

Make sure that you have drinking water, coloured pens and a journal for groups, and keep the tissues close at hand as our sessions can get emotional while we are clearing these stuck patterns.

Intellectual Property Copyright & Trade Secrets

The content of this website, our School platform, and all our courses and resources is protected by copyright laws and treaties worldwide, with all rights reserved. This means that you must not use, copy, or make our work public without our permission. You are welcome to share blog posts or other publicly available content through social media, but you must provide a link back to the original source.

If you are participating in our courses, content is provided strictly for your personal and non-commercial use. Course content contains trade secrets that are offered exclusively to participants. It is an essential condition of participation that you agree that you will not provide extracts of any course content to anyone else, print or download our content without our explicit written consent.

Trade Marks

We own the unregistered trademarks and logos displayed on our website and School platform, including Intuitive Energetics™, Mystic Medicine™ & You Are The Magic™. These trademarks may not be used in connection with any other product or service without a license, which is only provided to graduates of our School, or in any way that is likely to cause confusion in the marketplace or in any manner that disparages us or our business.

Respectful Communication

We reserve the right to moderate any comments made on this website, in the Facebook Groups we control, and on any of our social media pages and profiles, including deleting comments that we deem to be rude, offensive, spammy, or unacceptable without any notification or correspondence with you. Please keep all communication kind and polite. Disrespectful or aggressive behaviour towards our team or anybody else will not be tolerated.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

If there is a problem, you agree to meet with us in good faith to discuss it and try to make a genuine effort to find a win-win solution. If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you agree to engage in mediation and alternative dispute resolution methods, with litigation being a last resort.

We commit to making a similar effort to resolve any disputes in a friendly manner.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to the governing law of Queensland. Regardless of where you live in the world, you irrevocably agree that if the dispute resolution processes fail, the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia will have exclusive jurisdiction.
