Frequently Asked Questions

Will I have time to get through everything without added stress?

Most certainly! The modules are broken up into short videos you can listen to anywhere, whilst the practices and reflective processes can be incorporated through your days. I do however recommend spending around 30minutes each week completing your workbooks to help consolidate the teachings and your practices so you can best create beneficial change as you progress through the program.

What if I have questions along the way?

You have the opportunity to ask questions directly on the course portal at the time or attend one of the regular live Zoom meetings where I will be there to support you :)

Are there different payment options?

Yes! You can either pay in full or elect to go onto an automated monthly payment plan.

What if I can't do it?

The doubt is something I understand completely and having helped hundreds of people over the years, I can safely say that if you do all of the things suggested and keep up with your practices, your intuition continues to become stronger and clearer. It's like any skill that you can learn. The best part about this is that it is connecting to a part of us that is already there so you don't really need to learn anything, just keep coming back to remembering when you fall back into any old unhelpful habits.

What if I fall behind?
